Date Option Box

I am wondering if I can use, with my database, that ever so convenient Date Box that lets the user scroll through months, and select date. Thanks.....

In form design view...
Insert --> ActiveX Control --> Microsoft Date and Time Picker Control.

I don't have that control listed in my ActiveX list. (Office 2003). How do
I get hold of it?
