Date picker asking for credentials in anonymous site

I have a web-enabled form on an anonymous site over https. The InfoPath form
loads fine anonymously but when I click on a date picker, it asks for
username and password. Has anyone come across this issue before? I've tried
changing permission settings in MOSS 2007, IIS 6, etc. and nothing seems to
work.

Would turning off the lockdown mode something to consider? Would it work on
a team site template?

stsadm -o deactivatefeature -url <site collection url> -filename
ViewFormPagesLockDown\feature.xml
