Date question

How do I query for all dates after a certain date?

e.g.
WHERE DateField > 11/01/2008

This is data mismatch obviously. How should I be writing this?

Between 1/1/2008 and 5/1/2008 or Between 6/1/2008 and Now()

Well, you do need the # character to delimit literal dates.

WHERE [DateField] > #11/1/2008#

That assumes that 11/1/2008 means November 1 2008 and not January 11, 2008.
