Date Range Filter/Report

I have MS Project 2003. I am trying to apply a date range filter and when I
run the filter (or a report that has the filter included) I get prompted
twice for the date range (2 for the "beginning" period and 2 for the "ending"
date).

I copied the canned date range filter and added a "site" criteria. It looks
like this:
Site = Cleveland (depending on what filter I name it)
AND Finish is greater than or equal to "Show tasks that start or finish
after:"?
AND Start is less than or equal to "And before:"?

Any ideas on what may be causing this? If I go through both sets of prompts,
I get the desired result (just an extra step that I could do without).

Thanks in Advance!

Hiya BJH

I think I have sussed this - I had this too in MS Project 2002. I
discovered after much frustration there is some sort of bug with the Report
(particularly Custom Reports). If you create the tables, filters and report
its fine. As soon as you modify the report setup (ie. headers, footers,
margins etc.) it throws this wobbler.

Try re-creating the report from scratch (you should be ok leaving the table
and filter intact). You should then only have to enter the date once. You
might have to live with the standard report settings though.
