Date Range help

I have created a query that pulls information from two linked tables. There
are three fields Date, Item and Plate count. I am trying to put a plate count
in with a date range. Example
0 - 90=12 / 91 - 180=15 / 181 - 270=25 / 271 - 365=98 / >365=25
At this time I can’t figure out how to make my dates in a day range like
shown above. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

If the final goal is to put this into a report, you can do it within a
report. Select the report's sorting and grouping options. You should be able
to get the interval on 90 days.
