Date Range in "Who does when what report'

Arun

Hi

I want to restrict the report data for a week or for a particular day. I am trying to findout the list of tasks that a resource has for a week. But irrespective of the date range entered( be it a week or a day) it still displays the data from the beginning of the project.

How can i restrict the data to the date range? and how to i make to list only the booked task rather than all the tasks.

Can anyone suggest me
Thanks
Arun.

Have you tried this:

1. Open the project in question
2. Click View - Reports
3. Double-click the Assignments icon
4. Double-click the Who Does What When Report
5. Click the Print button
6. In the Print dialog box, set the date range in the Timescale portion of
the dialog
7. Click the OK button to print

Let us know if this helps.

Arun,
How about using a filter to test for something other than "NA" in the
Actual Work field?

In the definition dialog for the Who Does What When report, select the In
Progress Assignments filter at the bottom of the Definition page. This will
display only those task assignments in which a team member has reported
progress. Hope this helps.

It doesnt work as intended. It now lists only the task & the resource name is not listed. I had selected the option " Resource-work" in the filter. In this case the format is fine but for the display of unbooked task.
Is there any other way out to resolve this issue?

Actually i wanted to take a report of the task booked by the resource for a date range. I found "Who does when what report" as the closest match for my requirement
