Date range on report and e-mail report

I'd like the user to enter a date range prior to running a report and then
have the ability to e-mail the report automatically to email recipients
listed in a seperate table or query. Does anyone know how to do this?

Fred, now that I have the date range portion solved...is there anyway that I
can email the results of various sorts of data to seperate email recipiants.
For example, I have a report which lists individuals in various cities, NY,
Seatle, Plano....I want the results of NY and Plano to go to
(e-mail address removed) (table).
Your help is appreciated. Thanks!
