Date Range Query

I am new to infopath and would like to know how to query my Access Database
based upon a date range. My database for asset tracking and we need to be
able to generated a report of what systems were entered in the database
durring a specificed time.

I know that I will need to write a script and custom query to do this, but
have not been able to find any information as where to start.

Any help is appericated.
