Date/Time Calculations

Steve

I'm trying to calculate a total time to perform a task. I
enter start date and time in column (A) using the 9/2/03
23:30 format. Then in column (B) the same format for end
time 9/4/03 1:30. In column (C) (formatted for time 13:30)
I enter =b1-a1 to get total time. It will give an answer
of 1:00 it's not counting the hours in a full day. Is
there a way to calculate this correctly?

Steve, format the cell in C as custom [h]:mm:ss
