DateAdd question

I am trying to use DateAdd("w",[value],[Ship Date]) to add business offset
days, but the function simply adds days, not working days?! Any help is
greatly appreciated. I am using this in a query update to modify my table
data. I am using Access 2003. Thanks for any help on this.
