DateDiff Validation Function

I am trying to calculate the number of days taken for a custom Vacation form
I have created. I have a "Start" date and "End" date field and for the
"Total" days field I am using the validation portion of the control. I
understand how to calculate the number of days using "DateDiff". What I
can't figure out is how to EXCLUDE the weekends if the vaction includes these
weekend dates. Also the ability to include our personal holidays in a table
would be most useful as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
