datepicker form in excel vba

I have an excel workbook with the datepicker form working on MS 2000, when I
went to XP and reinstalled MS office, rhw was an error in the compile of the
forms where datepicker was. I can'r seem to find datepicker control
anywhere. What happened? TIA
