Jane Graves
Dear Jane,
Thank you for your response to my inquiry. I have all of
my report linked so the whenever I add units all report
trickle down to 5 reports. At the beginning of the month
we went from one virus scan to a new virus scan. At the
time it was downloaded, it was suppose to delete the virus
scan and load the new one. For some reason it left some
files which conflicted and locked up my computer until the
tech could look at it, remove the original virus scan
files and straighten my computer up. Since then the
formula I had to change the dates each week would not
work, it would come up with the results of 01/01/00. I
don't even know if that had something to do with the
problem I am having. I am grasping at straws. It was
just about the same time the viruses with the pretense of
coming from Microsoft were rampant. A fellow associate
remembered that this occurs when on the
tool/option/transition tab some worksheet functions are
checked. After the checks were removed the dates loaded
correctly, however now my total units sums on the last
worksheet come up with the #value results. I am at a
lose. Is there a way for me to trouble shoot these
worksheets or do I/can I reconstruct the worksheets to
link the way I originally set them up. Is there a source
out there that might be able to help? It would be a lot
easier to find the problem, I think than reconstruct
everything. Any ideas??? Any information you can suggest
would be appreciated. Don't know where to go from here
with these problems.
Thank you,
Arleen
