I'm using Excel 2003 with current updates under WinXP Pro, SP3.
I have genealogy data with dates before 1900 with which Excel 2003 does
not work. I want to play with the data, for example:
1. calculate difference between two dates
2. sort dates
3. create charts that would show periods of time and their overlap
Has Microsoft addressed the issue of data that uses dates before 1900
by releasing an add-in to recognize dates before 1900 so that they can
be analyzed using the existing functions (formulas) in Excel 2003?
If not, is there an add-in that works with dates before 1900 for
analysis and for charting such data?
Thanks,
John Howland
