Dates before 1930 merges as future dates.

Hi,
When we merge our templates with data having dates before
1930, the dates are merged as future date. e.g. 1924 will
be merged as 2024. We are running Word 2002 on Window 2000
(5.00.2195) service Pack 3. In the regional setting we
have set the date as "MM/dd/yyyy".

Note: This happens only on few of our PCs. On some PCs the
dates are merged OK.

Anyone has any what idea what can we do to fix it.

Thanks

Khalid.

Have a look at Control Panel|Regional Options|Date|Calendar. But since that
requires that you change the date format around to suit different
applications, it might be better to try to get the full 4-digit year from
your data source. Off the top of my head I can't think of anything else that
would affect this.
