Dates entered on calendar are showing up on todays date

Hi,
My co-worker is entering meetings into her calendar with the appropriate
start/end dates, but it is showing up on her calendar for today. We removed
everything and re-entered the dates, but that has not work. Her calendar
settings are the same as mine. Any ideas? Thanks!
