dates in report

Hi guys,
I w'd like to reaarange my report.
I have ID and Name as Headers, Date(From..To) and
Paycodes as details.
When i rum my report ,this is what I get..

ID 2
Name Joe Smith
Date PayCode
1997/11/23 Vac 0
Reg 8
OVT 4
Basically, I get PayCOdes for evety single day,which is
not what I am looking for.

How can I change my layout so I can have
1997/11/23
1997/11/24
1997/11/25 and so on

and then I have all PayCodes on the bottom
VAC 23
REG 34
OVT 15 and so on

Hi galin.
I am not quite sure as to how you wish to group your
report.
From what you are showing could be accomplished by putting
the dates in the detail band and than summarizing in the
report or group footer.
