Dates missing when importing Outlook 2003 mail to Access 2003

I am attempting to rid myself of a great amount of archived email by
converting to PDF - in bulk.

The only solution I can think off [any others would be most welcome!] is to
export Outlook 2003 emails and then use Access to print to Acrobat with a
Report.

So far so good - but message dates do not appear to be included in the field
mapping option with Outlook.

Has anyone got any ideas, please?
