Although I set Number as Date in Format Axis when I look at Scale option it gives me a number (38712) instead of a date.
I appreciate that using a number in Scale options allows for stuff like 38711.8 making it easy to adjust things but wonder if it is an intuitive thing to do?
For example could the Minimum entry in show the date in chosen format 27/12/2009 with an overlaid scrubber that is equivalent to 38711.8?
Similarly so for Maximum.
PLUS! setting a major unit less than one seems to return the same date value but on multiple instances. That might be neat and better handled were the first instance to show date and time and subsequent instances to show time value only until the date changed (ie integer parts of #38712 displays date and time, decimal values #38712.X displays time only unless there is no instance of an earlier value in which case it shows date only.
Well, you get my drift?
Dates and times in Format Axis do not seem to blend with each other?
