The place I work has vacation hours that expire 1 year
from the date that they are earned
You earn 8 hours of vacation each month. I need to be able
to enter the date that the hours are earned and when that
date gets close to 1 year old a message box will notify
the user that they are about to lose the hours. Can anyone
help with a module that will notify the user that vacation
hours that are approaching a year old are about to be lost
if they are not taken

Mel,
Read the posting two places above yours titled "Message
Box". You could use the same idea just a different time
span.
