Thanks for directing me to the FAQ info. Tried to do what
the answers said, but still not working. When I save the
Ppt file as a website it saves it as one htm file and a
folder with gazillions of files in it. How do I upload
them - esp. the folder.

I don't support PP to have first hand knowledge, but however, since I know
that the Office apps share the same functionalities I feel pretty confident
in telling you that PP should have the exact same publishing methods as does
Publisher.\
