Day/Date Calendar notes dont show and dont print

Re: My printing problem of the day/date (hourly) calendar is that the only
appointments that appear in "print preview" are recurring appointments made
prior to that date. Notes I have entered into the calendar or same-day
appointments dont print. Those same records also disappear when navagating
thru other Outlook features and requires a manipulation of the multiple-day
views tabs in the taskbar to recover those notes. I must be missing
something. Thank you.

The original Outlook profile never configured properly causing certain
appointments and other types of files to have no "owner". Problem solved by
replacing Office Suite with new version including Outlook 2003.
