Day Light saving time

I had a end users who did not check off the options to
have this computer adjust to day light saving time. When
he schedule a meeting of course it was wrong. I found what
cause this, he did not check the option, I then check the
option but now he calendar is all mess up. Any suggestion
that could fix this for him.
