Daylight Savings ics file

Markos Berndt

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has a .ics file for daylight savings time in the
United States. I tried looking on icalshare but it only had for other
countries.

Thank you if you can help...

I was looking for a list or an ics file to import into outlook. If I can
find an accurate list I can manually enter the data.

In the US it is observed from the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday
in November - so you could make 2 recurring events - one for spring that
occurs on the second sunday every march and the other for the first sunday
every November.

Outlook 2007 (and I think 2003) have a yearly option, otherwise use
monthly - start it in march and make it for the 2nd sunday of the month,
every 12 months.

Are you going to make events out of the time changes? Importing an ICS file
won't cause the Windows clock to adjust and Outlook depends on the Windows
clock.
