Days by subtracting Finish Date from start date

Is there a way to get days at task level by using [finish date] - [Start
Date] ?

It should also automatically take out non-working days .i.e weekends etc
(Sat/Sun)..

No need for VBA for this, Create a formula in a number custom field and use
the ProjDateDiff function to calculate the number of duration minutes
between dates using a calendar name you specify (Standard or 24 Hour etc.).
