Days don't go from 12:00 to 12:00

Put in recurring events like birthdays and they are showing up on 2 days
(maybe since the time changed to daylight savings?) So everyone has 2 days
of birthday, etc. I have to go into individual occurences to change them.
anybody know what might have caused this, or an easy fix? It seems to be
registering the current time correctly.

It was caused by improper time zone definitions or the method you used to
adjust the for DST.
