does anyone knows a tool (free or not but with a trial) to compare the
structure and data from two Access data bases?

This one will compare structures:

Not sure about data; I know that Total Access Detective will do so, but it's sure not free. I own and use a copy, and it
does a decent job:

www.fmsinc.com

You could create queries that will do this for you, of course, depending on how your dbs are structured ...

CompareWiz tool for mdb structures, etc
CompareDataWiz for data within mdb.

I used CompareWiz several years ago and got the results I needed with no
problems (but either prices have gone up a lot during the interim or my
memory is leaky).
