DB Name disappears from Title Bar (Access 2007)

How can I get the DB Name to always appear in the Title Bar at the top of the
screen? It keeps disappearing. I go to the Office button / Access Options /
Current Database, and the Application Title field is blank, so I just close
the dialog box, and the db Name appears. However, if I close the db and
reopen it, or open another, the db Name is missing again.

This is a very annoying problem. Any help will be appreciated.
