db not secure

I secured a db using Joan wild's steps for Access 2002/2003 wizard. Now I
observe that it prompts for a username and password through shortcut. But it
lets me in directly through the db while connected to system.mdw. I have
removed 'Admin' from 'Admins' . Neither 'Admin' nor 'Users' has permission to
'open/run' this db. All objects including the database are owned by the
administrator Admin1, the only member of 'Admins' . Why is the db opening
,that is not secure

It sounds like you may have missed a step (have you denied access to the
*database* object?). Have you read the FAQ on security? There's a link to
it on my web site along with a step-by-step example that might help.
