DB Office 2003 beta

i installed tha beta version of office2003 then purchased
the final version when i go to install the final version
it says that it detected the trail version after that it
states it has to remove the trial v but it fails to
remove because it says it can says "verify package exists
and verify that it is a valid windows installer package:

Use Control Panel to uninstall the beta/trial version first.
