db won't open on second machine

Hi -
I have a client with a pretty basic database on their Windows Storage Server
2003. When someone is on one workstation with the db open, it can not be
opened on another machine. You can doubleclick on the shortcut or the
database and nothing happens. No messages, nothing. The software is Access
2003, the db format is Access 2000. Their network support person feels he
has the permissions set up correctly, but I can't verify that. Any thoughts
would be hugely appreciated!

I just posted a similar question. We are all on XP running Access 2003.
Once someone has it open the only way to open the databse is to open Access
and then select the file. Clicking directly through Windows explorer does
nothing. Does anyone know how to fix this????
