dBase IV Mail Merge help

A

Anthony

I need to merge into Word a file which has an Excel icon
and under properties says it is an Excel file but is
saved as a dBase IV file and has a *.dbf extension.

If I save it as an Excel (*.xls) file to do this, the
software program that writes to it every day, can't do
this, and as I need to access the mail merge evey time it
is written to, I need the file to remain a *.dbf file.

Does anyone know if/how I can do this?

Please respond via e-mail.

Thanks.

Hi Anthony,

Please look at your original thread, where I've followed up.
You do have to have some patience in peer-to-peer
