dcount won't work?

This is what i have. I need to match all 3 criteria's. It returns all records
what am I doing wrong?

=nz(DCount("[TicklerID]","[dbo_Ticklers]","[RepForName] =
[Forms]![FrmToday]![FrmMenuSub]![FullName]" And "[TicklerRead] = 'New'" And
"[TicklerDone]=0"),0)

The ANDs need to be inside the quotes:

=Nz(DCount("[TicklerID]","[dbo_Ticklers]",
"RepForName = Forms!FrmToday!FrmMenuSub!FullName And
TicklerRead = 'New' And TicklerDone=0"), 0)
