DDE Server window: OUTLOOK.EXE - Application Error

I have started getting the following error when closing Outllook 2000 in W2K:

DDE Server window: OUTLOOK.EXE - Application Error

The instruction at "ox3ff54578" referenced memory at "0x3ff54578". The
memory could not be "read"

This has only recently started happening and running the repair facility
doesn't seem to help at all. I have all the latest Windows and Office Updates
available.

Does anyone have a clue?
