DDE Sever Window: OUTLOOK.EXE - Application Error

Help!

When I shut down Outlook 2003 I get the above message. The full message reads:
DDE Sever Window: OUTLOOK.EXE - Application Error
The instruction at "0x3004e367" referenced memory at "0x00a9a19c". The
memory could not be 2read2. click OK to terminate the program.

I have tried rebuilding the pst file to no effect.
