Deactivate "AutoLayout"

Each time I insert a diagram, AutoLayout is on by default.
Is it possible to change it into off BY DEAFAULT?

If so, how to do?

Do you mean the drawing canvass?

Tools>Options>General. Uncheck "Automatically create drawing canvass when
inserting autoshapes"

No, Wai is talking about the Organization Chart, and if there is a way to
turn it off by default, I don't know it, but someone else here who has more
experience with the diagram feature might know.
