Hello,
I use Word 2003 to generate html newsletters with embedded images (I also
tried Frontpage). When I send the generated document via "Send to --> Mail
recipient" some images contained in the document will be compressed very much.
This is very undesireable because before inserting the images into the
document, I carefully optimized them to reach optimal quality at minimum
size. Every additional compression results in artefacts und blur.
And that's just what happens when Word sends the newsletter and
re-compresses the images.
How can I avoid this?
At the moment I use the following workaround:
I send the newsletter from Word to myself. Then I manually change the images
back to the original ones. At the end I send the newsltter to the recipients.
Thanks and regards,
Hermes
