Deactivated resources vs. booking type vs. olap cube

Good day,

I believe I have some actual work missing in my OLAP cube for resources who
have been deactivated with a booking type of "proposed" in a plan.

My question is:
1) if a resource is deactivated in PWA
2) and the resource has a booking type of "Proposed" in a given plan
3) will the cube pickup the actual effort of not?
