DEADLINE!! Importing table/object into Word Doc using Command Butt

I'M ON A DEADLINE!!
I've an Excel sheet that is saved.
I want to use a Command Button in my Word form to trigger Word to find the
Excel sheet and import it into my Word document.

I inserted the file as an object in my word document and looked fine but I
don't know how to use a Command Button to do the same.

Thank you very much.

Deadline or not, you aren't likely to get any usable answers here
unless you provide some more information:

- Why do you want a command button? What would it do that the Insert >
Object dialog can't do?

- How is the command button supposed to find the Excel file? Is it
always in the same place, with the same file name, or do you have to
give it some directions each time? Would it be enough to pop up the
Insert > Object dialog?

- What kind of command button (there are several kinds)? Where should
it be? Would a toolbar button do just as well, or maybe a MacroButton
field that runs a macro, or a userform?
