Hi all
We are a system's developer firm that need to track a 10 staff worker's time.
We are using Project Server and my question is regarding the best practice
regarding organizing the tasks.
Our tasks is 2-3 working days and our requirements are:
1) View the resources calendar individually or all the same time.
2) View the customer calendar (where the resources are working) and report
those labour to each customer.
Our question is: does we need to create a project for each customer
(assigning the global resources to it as we have some tasks) or create a
single project and create the tasks there (assigning the same resouce and
using a field to track what's the customer)? The tasks aren't related to each
other (the only relation is that we use the same resources).
