dear bill, can i update office XP via CD ?

368 minutes to update office XP is unrealistic.
is there a CD available with these and other related Microsoft updates?

visiting microsoft is like visiting the morgue: plenty of bodies but nobody
is talking!
microsoft site has no (obvious) contact information
all updates are (apparently) downloads
so, redirecting me back to microsoft is like following an endless loop
surely microsoft could answer this question of CD Updates quite easily, if
only the question could be forwarded: but how?
any clues?
