Dear Microsoft Access God - Why won't the Report Wizard work?

I'm using Access 2000 and Windows XP. None of the wizards work in the program. At first I thought it was just the report wizard not working, but none of them work. PLEASE? Not sure what else to do/try but beg other users for help. janice

Janice,
Just a hunch, but all of Office might not be installed. Most people do
not fully install Office (because it must be done manually). Put the CD
back in and see if there are any components left to install.
Once done, download the Office 2000 Service Release 3 and install that
(you'll need the Office CD handy).
After that, go to Windows Update and download the Access jet update and
any other Office updates you need.
