Debug Microsoft Project 2003 Pro Add - In using VS 2003

Hi,

I have problem to debug very simple add-in for project 2003,
the problem is that after the i execute the program (F5), the project 2003
load but after few seconds it shut down.

I have also VS2005 on the computer,
and with this one i succeed to debug the same project (after convertion of
course)

What could be the problem ?
