Debug Mode

When in debug mode and I hit CTL+BREAK the module does not stop until it
finishes and the menu's aren't active. Is there a way to turn off/on
Control+Break in debug mode?

More info:

I created a database at work. When I try and use the CTL+BREAK key in a
module, it does not work. If I take the database home and run the same
module, I can use the CTL+BREAK then. Is there an Install option that changes
this?
