debugging Infopath code:Visual Studio, output/standard IO

In VBScript, I used msgbox a lot in debugging. In Visual Studio, I want to
output to a window. How do I do that?
Looking at a copy of the XML structure in a form is real handy, but no real
easy way to do it that I can see.
Msgbox sucks, since you can't copy text from it.
With the xecurity model so tight, I can't simply write to file, I keep
getting security violations.

If you use the Locals windows in Visual Studio, you can expand
this.thisXDocument.DOM.xml to view your Xml.
