Decent support for OneNote?

Where can one get decent support for OneNote? Unfortunately, many
questions in this group remain unanswered - nothing compared to the
support that I'm used from many of the OSS programs that I use.

Well, you could try to find a consultant with a lot of OneNote experience
and pay them to support you or you could call Microsoft's Product Support
Services.

This forum, like all of the Microsoft Public forums is basically a peer
support group "staffed" by volunteers who may not have the time to get to
every question promptly.

Speaking for myself I try to check in on the group as often as possible,
usually at least 3 times a week, and I'll try to scroll back and catch any
unanswered questions I see...but I don't get paid to do this so the stuff I
do get paid to do has to take priority when I organize my day. :)

Sorry, this is a misunderstanding. Indeed, I appreciate the your
contributions very much.

I just would like to see more people like you in this group answering
questions, preferably OneNote developers. I'm just used to different
kind of support from the world of OpenSource software and from some
commercial products. When working with products like OneNote, it feels
like working with a black box that nobody wants to take responsibility
for.

Getting paid support probably doesn't get me any further, unless it
allows me to get in contact with the developers of the product.

Some of the product team wander in here from time to time, but at the moment
they're pretty busy doing development on the next version so their
participation here is a little spotty.

Particularly difficult or interesting questions often do get forwarded to
them, however.

I'm glad Felix refined his comment about support. While I've never posted a
question in this forum I lurk quite a bit and have gleened tons of useful
information from here. In particular I'd like to express thanks (in
alphabetical order) to...

Ben Schorr
Ilya Koulchin
John Guin
Kathy Jacobs
YouBetcha

I've seen some tough and some not so tough questions answered with the same
positive spirit, even when the OP is close to flaming. Keep up the good
work. It's appreciated.

Thanks, guys...
