Decimal in Listbox

Hello,

I have a list box with 3 columns. Two are text with varying lengths and the
3rd is a decimal - how do I get the listbox to display a precision of 3 for
the decimal (3rd column)? The rowsource is coded in VBA with a SQL statement.
