Decimal places in calculated fields

How do I set the number of decimal places displayed in calculated fields?
e.g. % Work Complete? It is rounding to the nearest whole numbere.g. 100%,
and I want to be able to display 99.62?

If you use a number custom field, it will display up to 2 decimal values.

% Complete does not allow for decimals.
