source.

OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturer - meant to be installed on PC at time
of assembly
ENG - English Language
Office Pro 2003 - the specific suite of programs - contains Word, Excel,
Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher and Access (maybe some more...)
3PK - licenced for three machines
NA - North America (authrorized sales area)
WITH SP2 - already has the Service Pack 2 installed

Did you ask the vendor? OEM means the software is intended for system
builders only (not for retail sale). ENG means English. Office Pro
2003 you can probably figure out for yourself. 3PK means package of 3
software licenses. Only with SP2 probably means it includes Service
Pack 2 for Office 2003.
