Declining a single event in the series- Entourage 2004

What is the best way to decline one event when you have accepted the series?
Here would be an example: We have a weekly status meeting with a client that
A coworker set up. I have accepted the repeating event but now need to go
back and decline one for this week. When I go to the email invite it asks if
I want to accept/decline the series.
